Center for Brooklyn History

St. Ann & the Holy Trinity Church, Othmer Library is part of the Brooklyn Historical Society. Built in 1881, this hotel features intricately-carved wooden bookshelves that run from the ceiling to the floor. The library is said to have tens of thousands of books, artifacts, maps, photographs, documents, paintings and more. The library is a historic building that was once home to the first American library.
