Molokini Island
South Maui
About this venue
Molokini is a popular tourist destination on Maui. The small island is dwarfed by the larger island of Kahoolawe (to the south) and seems like a small hill when viewed from Wailea. The island is a perfect crescent shape and there are boats on the island to enjoy the multitude of fish that collect in the inner side of the island. You must sign up for a snorkeling cruise which departs from various locations on Maui. The area is officially a marine preserve where dolphins, turtles and scores of tropical fish feed freely.
