Secret Woods Nature Center

Secret Woods Nature Center is a "urban wilderness area". The hotel offers a variety of activities including hiking, mountain biking, and nature walks. The New River Trail offers visitors a walk through the marsh where they can view fiddler crabs. You can take the Laurel Oak Trail if you like walking down the broadwalk. The Butterfly Island is a charming place to stay with your children. The hotel has an interpretive nature exhibit as well as educational classes.
