About this venue

This landmark building is located in the center of Miami and is especially important to Cuban residents. The hotel was a processing center for nearly half a million Cuban refugees during the 1960s. The Liberty Tower was designed by George A. Fuller, Schultze, & Weaver in 1925. The Freedom Tower was previously the Miami News. The Freedom Tower is the home of the MDC Museum of Art and Design. The landmark is a great place to visit for tourists.
