The Board Room at The Pioneer Collective - Tacoma

The Board Room is a bright and welcoming space designed for groups of up to 12 people, whether you're hosting a board meeting, training, or a small offsite session. With an exterior window that fills the room with natural light, it offers a refreshing setting for productive gatherings. The room is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi and a 65" 4K TV, complete with HDMI and adapters, to make sharing presentations easy. If you’re bringing your device, there's also a USB HD video conferencing system ready to go. Need to brainstorm? We’ve got dry-erase whiteboards and markers on hand.Our on-site staff and AV team are here to help make sure everything runs smoothly. Plus, enjoy coffee and tea—on the house for groups of up to 6, or available for $95 for larger groups. Rates are $60 an hour or $425 for a full day from 9 am to 5 pm. This space is set up to make your next meeting both efficient and comfortable.
