Full Building at Black Pearl on the Columbia

With 12,600 sq ft of industrial space overlooking panoramic views of the Columbia River Gorge, the Black Pearl offers an open-concept blank canvas as the foundation for perfectly unique events curated by you, the client. Our space’s flexible layout makes for unlimited grand event design possibilities while also allowing smaller gatherings to feel as intimate as desired. ADA accessibility means everyone can enjoy the festivities no matter which part of the property you choose to host your event.Our first level can hold 465 people (230 seated) and features accordion doors that open up to our back river's edge patio with access to the west side plaza and east parking lot. Both a sweeping grand staircase and an elevator provide access to the expansive second level which can hold 585 people (270 seated) and has additional access to the back and west side balconies as well as a 500 sq. ft. mezzanine with a bird's eye view of Mt. Hood. Each floor has a double-sided fireplace, four ADA accessible restrooms, and a warming kitchen equipped with commercial refrigerator/freezer, two six-foot warming towers, counters/cupboards and a large and small sink.
