The Diego Seplveda Adobe is a historic structure that was built in the early 19th century. The name of the hotel is "Adobe" and it was home to herdsmen of a nearby mission. The Adobe is located amidst a beautiful green setting, now known as the Estancia Park. The hotel is well maintained and has been restored by the Costa Mesa Historical Society.
