About this venue

The Waring Historic Library is located in the heart of South Carolina. There are books on military medicine as well as other disciplines in the medical field. The library has over 12,000 books and other manuscripts and journals. These include surgery cases, bleeding equipment, dental equipment and chairs and saddle bags, among others. The library was named after Joseph I. The Waring M.D. is a hotel with a host of doctors and medical enthusiasts.
