Edinburgh singer-songwriter Dan Wilson a.k.a. Withered Hand is a folk project consisting of a rotating cast of cellos, banjos and drums. Often described as "anti-folk," Withered Hand is part of a movement subverting the expectations of traditional folk music with more pessimistic subject matter. Withered Hand's debut full-length is titled Good Hands.
