Magno aka Magnificent is a rapper based out of the Houston, Texas area. Although he's been rapping locally for years, Magno's career took off when he began collaborating with artists from the Swisha House/Swisha Blast Entertainment record label, which had previously spawned popular names such as Paul Wall, Chamillionaire and Slim Thug. Magno took this increased exposure and ran with it, releasing several well-received mixtapes over the following years. He remains a popular entity in Houston's underground Southern hip-hop scene.
