Outasight is the moniker of Yonkers, New York-based rapper, Richard Andrew. After signing a record deal with Warner Bros. Records in 2009, Andrew released his first official mix-tape, entitled Further. The release introduced the hip-hip community to his vintage, old-school sound that couples Andrew's modern rap-influenced rhymes and flow with the classic soul, rock and jazz samples in his beats. His style balances the fine line between respect and homage to hip-hop's past and the forward-looking nature of its present.
