About
High Highs is an indie project based out of New York City. Formed in the late 2000s, the band creates a dense, hushed blend of ambient pop and indie folk that has made it a name to watch in upcoming years. High Highs utilizes shimmering guitars and sparse drumming in many of its songs, but it's the strong vocals and rich harmonies that are the band's strongest attributes. Engulfed in reverb, the trio of voices mesh together beautifully and compliment the mellow atmospheric qualities High Highs aims to create. The band's debut LP was released in 2011.
