Preashea Hilliard is a Houston-based gospel singer who attempts to bridge generational gaps with a sound influenced by several styles of music. Casually referred to as Pastor P by her listeners, Hilliard sings in a booming and rich Southern gospel style that has made her one of the more popular modern singers in the genre. Her tendency to mix traditional elements such as call and response, and several backup singers, with rock and R&B influences has led to a successful career and the ability to record with Grammy-winning producer Aaron Lindsey.
