After spending years perfecting his skills while busking throughout Europe, the German folk singer- Stefan Stoppok, was ready for the next big step in his career. He formed the band "Stoppok" in 1982 and has helmed it ever since. It debuted the same year with Saure Drops und Schokoroll. The songs from this album were through and through folk-rock with dashes of blues. Throughout the multi-decade spanning career of this band, it has crafted many hit albums such as Sensationsstrom, Grundblues 2.1 and Popschutz.
