Netnakisum is a yodeling, classical strings trio from Austria which has become a cultural phenomenon both at home and abroad. While it's nearly impossible to distinguish the direction these three ladies from Austria are taking with their music--whether it's covering the masterpieces of Deep Purple as a string trio, or perhaps yodeling some of Britney Spears' celebrated lieder--one thing is for certain, Netnakisum vies for, and in most cases succeeds at becoming an entertaining cultural showcase of Austria's musical heritage.
