About
Summer Salt is band whose songs makes the listener crave for a trip to the beach. It was formed in Austin and consisted only Matthew Terry as the vocalist and guitarist and Eugene Chung on drums. It played music at local venues for a longtime until it found its style of music. Eventually, more members where added and in 2014, it released its debut EP Driving to Hawaii. Its creations are a blend of jazz, surf music, bossa nova, soft syth-pop, melodious harmonies and influences from 60's pop hits. "Fire Flower," "Candy Wrappers" and "My Lucky Egg" are some of its most popular songs.
