Those Dancing Days is an indie pop band from Stockholm, Sweden that has become a sensation of sorts in its home country. Formed as a group of five college age girls in 2005, Those Dancing Days went on to gain a substantial amount of publicity in the following years, being featured on MTV2 as well as being nominated by MTV Europe as one of the Best Swedish Acts of 2008. Despite the somewhat negative musical connotations that come with the band's "girl-group" inclinations, many feel that Those Dancing Days have a particularly edgy and intellectually gratifying sound and appearance that keeps it from being swallowed up completely by the world's villainous culture industry.
