The Lava Children is an experimental rock band from Norman, Oklahoma. Singer Sherri West and guitarist Taylor Clark make up the band, creating music that is not easy to classify. The band is not interested in following any current music trends, instead relying on their own various inspirations and influences. The Lava Children released their self-titled debut album in 2009.
