Tom Astor, born in Hamburg, started his career in 1975 and has subsequently become one of the biggest European country music stars. He has collaborated with The Bellamy Brothers, Johnny Cash, Billy Ray Cyrus, John Denver, George Jones, Wanda Jackson, Kris Kristofferson, Charlie McCoy and Willie Nelson among others. His many works include the albums Country Party, Lieder zum Anfassen, Winterzeit and Gegen den Strom.
