Skull Fist is a Toronto-based, Canadian speed metal band. It was founded in 2006 and is composed of Johnny Nesta, Casey Guest, JJ Tartaglia and Zach Slaughter. The band released its demo No False Metal, which featured the songs "Ride the Beast" and "No False Metal." The band's debut EP Heavier Than Metal was released in 2010 to positive reviews and led to the band signing a record deal with Noise Art Records subsequently. It was followed by the release of Head of the Pack in 2011 and Chasing the Dream in 2014. Since the band's formation, its lineup has seen many changes, with Slaughter being the only constant member.
