About

Born as Rens Ottema, Ares developed a passion for rap music during his teenage years. He debuted with the EP Dichterbij in 2012. He participated in various competitions and talent shows making a name for himself. He teamed up with Dennis Westerhout to participate in the 2012 Grote Prijs van Nederland; the duo reached the semi-final stage of the competition. Ares's first full-length album came out in 2014 and was titled Road Trip. Prince, Alice and Lotus are some of his noteworthy albums.
