Born and raised in a town near Seattle, Monica Nevi's first love was basketball. However, when an injury forced her out of the game, she decided to pursue something that had interested her for a long time - stand-up comedy. And pursue it she did! As the years passed and word of her talent spread, she was provided the opportunity to perform at some prestigious events like the 208 Comedy Festival and storied venues. The multi-faceted artist has dabbled in numerous other fields in addition to comedy. She has hosted an Amazon series titled 80 For 80, which she also created and produced, and has co-hosted the podcast 'HugLife.'
