Camila Anastasia Gallardo Montalva, known as Cami, is a Chilean singer and songwriter born on November 2, 1996, in Viña del Mar, Chile. She gained recognition after finishing as the runner-up on The Voice Chile in 2015, leading to a record deal with Universal Music. Cami's debut single, "Más de la Mitad" (2016), became a massive hit, followed by her platinum-certified debut album Rosa (2018). She is known for her powerful vocals and poignant songwriting, blending Latin pop with deep emotional themes. Her second album Monstruo (2020) garnered international attention and earned her a Grammy Award nomination. Cami has received several Latin Grammy nominations, including Best New Artist in 2019. In addition to her music career, she has appeared as a coach on The Voice Chile and remains one of the most influential artists in the Latin pop scene, with notable songs like "Aquí Estoy" and "Un Millón Como Tú."
