Often performing under the moniker Black Skeptik, Kyle Rapps is a hip hop artist whose rap career started blowing up while he was still enrolled as a student at Rutgers University. After graduation, he delved into the slam poetry scene and started making waves as part of The Mayhem Poets collective. In the years since, his focus has returned to rap where his dexterous rhyming skills and thoughtful lyricism have earned him a slew of fans--including his boyhood idol, KRS-One.
