Los Angeles-based singer/songwriter J. Irvin Dally has the kind of falsetto that boys might be embarrassed to have. Dally unleashes it proudly, incorporating reverbed acoustics into his delicate folk songs that attempt to match the same longing in Dally's old soul. A self-taught musician, Dally honed his style in the Sacramento band Brother and has since self-released a number of EPs, his 2011 release titled Sun Room.
