Jordan Shulman, known by his stage name Jordy (stylized as JORDY), is an American singer-songwriter from Northbrook, Illinois. Born into a family of academics—his grandfather is educational psychologist Lee Shulman—Jordy pursued his passion for music while studying literature at Boston University. He first gained attention with his 2018 single "Be With Me," later signed by Armada Music. His career took off with the release of Mind Games (2021) and Boy (2023), which included the single "Story of a Boy," a reimagining of Nine Days' "Absolutely (Story of a Girl)." Jordy has been recognized for his contributions to LGBTQ+ representation in music, receiving nominations from the GLAAD Media Awards and iHeartRadio Music Awards. His growing discography includes multiple EPs and singles, with his upcoming album Sex With Myself set for release in 2024.
