Drag entertainer Jewel has been the host and producer of numerous events, fundraisers and shows all over Southern California since the beginning of her career in the early 2000s. She featured on the cover of District's LB Pride 'Especially Gay' Issue in 2008 and was included in LB's '40 Under 40' list in 2012. Her steady contribution to various charitable organizations over the course of her career won her the 'Rick Ford Humanitarian Award' in 2013.
