Victor Hugo Ramos' Harvard Bass project grew a fan-base pretty quickly after a few of the musician's songs were posted on various electronic music blogs. The San Diego-native who could barely get into some of the clubs himself, because of age restrictions, went from being a bedroom beat maker to headlining metropolitan DJ.
