Greives is a Seattle-by-way-of-Chicago MC who came to hip-hop though a childhood love of jazz - something very evident in his melodically playful flow. In Seattle, he hooked up with Budo, a local producer/multi-instrumentalist, and a brilliant collaboration was born. The music they make together is more soulful and funkier than the average hip-hop record and is reflective of the duo's broad musical interests.
