Fernando Milagros

Fernando Milagros is not a real name, but rather a fictional character created by artist Fernando Briones in order to make music that differed as much as possible from his rock band, Mariamilagros. To accomplish his goal, Briones recorded his debut on a porch with friends and named it, Holidays In The Backyard. One can really hear the spirit of Santiago, Chile on the record through the light, breezy air in every song. A documentary crew made a 30-minute piece about it all, entitled, Fernando Milagros - A Take Away Show. Briones has a penchant for melody that comes through in his voice and simple acoustic guitar rhythms.
