Dorrough is an American rap artist from Dallas who started his career by handing mix-tapes out at his high school basketball game. He broke through in 2009 with the single, "Ice Cream Paint Job," which hit #27 on the Billboard Hot 100 and has been remixed and sampled by the likes of Lil Wayne and Girl Talk. Dorrough's style is pretty characteristic of the Southern hip-hop approach, featuring simplistic club-inspired beats, and rhymes about cars and women. The success of his early singles landed him a record deal shortly after, and in 2010, Dorrough's second album, Get Big, was released.
