Dame 55

Dame 55 is an electro producer, rapper and fashion designer from Cincinnati. While most firmly-rooted in hip-hop, his music is eclectic, with influences ranging from the Wu-Tang Clan, to indie rock, rockabilly and jazz. The songs are a little too smooth to be abrasive, but a certain sense of tension and aggressiveness can certainly be found in Dame 55's flow and beats, which work in touches of electronic genres such as house and dubstep. The producer is now based out of Los Angeles, where he works on his fashion line and collaborates with a collective of rappers, artists and designers known as the Stupid3ous Dorks.
