Sonia María Priego Bárbara, better known as La Húngara, is a Spanish flamenco singer born on January 21, 1980, in Écija, Seville. She had her first child at 15 and was discovered in 2001 by El Kaly while performing a Rocío Jurado song in a karaoke bar. That same year, she released her debut album A Camarón. Known for her annual releases, she achieved her first gold record with her fifth album Dibujando Esperanzas (2006). La Húngara's career has spanned over two decades, with notable collaborations, including the hit single "Tú Me Dejaste De Querer" with C. Tangana and El Niño de Elche in 2020. As of 2024, she has released numerous albums, with Que Pasa being one of her latest works. Her music blends flamenco with modern influences, making her a prominent figure in Spanish music.
