Canadian Latin music might not be the most common genre, especially Canadian Latin soundsytems that produce world beats mixed with tropical bass, but Boogat creates just this. Based out of Montreal, the producer began in the underground hip-hop scene, moved on to help create French electro-hop, and in 2010 began his solo project under his Boogat moniker. Continually impressing fans with his shape-shifting ability and multi-lingual releases, Boogat has established himself as a diversely international artist and thus has a fan base throughout the world.
