Typically performing as a bass player, Levin has contributed his unique bottom end style to famed musicians like Lou Reed, Peter Gabriel, Robert Fripp, Paul Simon, John Lennon and more. Performing solo occasionally has given Levin an opportunity to pursue playing an unusual instrument that few people are privy to: the Chapman Stick. His solo material is slightly avant-garde and not intended for a mainstream audience, but individuals who know the dedication that it takes to play the atypical instrument can appreciate its subtle nuances.
