South African musician Craig Lucas first came into the spotlight when he competed in the second season of The Voice South Africa. He saw a huge jump in popularity after emerging as the winner of the competition, and debuted his music in 2017 with the single "I Said This." His first full-length album, titled Restless, dropped later that year and featured the tracks "Hearts Exposed" and "Smother." He has since gone on to release several other singles including "Anti-Sociable" and "Weirdo." He has also collaborated with artists like Robin Pieters, Ameen Harron and Alt Ego.
