About
This brother-sister band from Sydney has a distinct sound that can't be pinned to one specific genre. The duo is a folksy, indie, blues collaboration. The acoustic composition, combined with Julia's smokey voice, blends fluidly. The two initially began performing as solo acts for open mic nights, and would provide backup for the other. In 2006, they officially formed the Angus & Julia Stone band.
