Battery Metallica Tribute

Four metal heads decided in 1992, a year after their favorite band Metallica released the critically acclaimed Black Album, to form a Metallica tribte band clled Battery. No one in the group could believe it when only six years later the members of Metallica personally requested that Battery open up for them on a string of US dates during its Garage Inc tour. Battery quickly agreed and got to play fan-favorites like "Orion" that Metallica haven't really performed since the untimely death of its founding bassist Cliff Burton. In various press articles drummer Lars Ulrich and singer/guitarist James Hettfield of Metallica have praised the group, going as far to say "It was fun to see us live finally."
