About
Perhaps better known as the former lead singer of the hit British band, UB40, Ali Campbell has gone solo. He released an album of self-penned material in 2007 and officially broke off from the band in 2008, after 28 years together. His infectious tunes continue to win over fans with reggae sensibilities and good vibes. Upon releasing his breakout solo album, Campbell formed the new band, Dep Band, which includes UB40's keyboardist, Michael Virtue. Campbell continues to perform a handful of UB40's greatest hits and often covers pop classics along with his original vocals.
