Dave Frank is a New York City-based jazz pianist and music educator. His style is defined by an incredibly deft left hand that weaves half-time bass lines through spontaneous and complex improvisational compositions. He has traveled worldwide since 1994, performing solo concerts and teaching master classes. After teaching piano at the Berklee College of Music from 1987 to 2004, Frank opened up his own school, the Dave Frank School of Jazz, in midtown Manhattan, which he is lead director of.
