Marvin Hay (who's known by the stage name Coppa) is a rapper, singer, beat-maker and slam poet from the UK. He dropped his first solo LP, Coppa files - vol. 1, in 2009, but had appeared on over 40 releases prior to that, including albums by Krueder & Dormeister, Felix da House Cat and Missy Elliot. He has a deep voice and distinct cockney accent that cuts through his electro-house beats. Coppa has sampled everything from Bollywood music to 1970s horns.
