Bowerbirds

Bowerbirds is a trio comprised of Phil Moore, Beth Tacular and Matt Damron, who formed the band in North Carolina in 2006. The group released its debut LP Hymns For A Dark Horse in 2007 on Burly Time Records. At the heart of every song is Phil Moore's vocal delivery is more focused on the feeling of the words rather than the pitch of them and his acoustic guitar playing - which are enhanced by the accompaniment of drums, strings, accordion and occasionally mandolin.
