About
Wild Flag is an all-girl rock quartet, formed by former members of Sleater-Kinney and bearing ties to various other Portland-based bands. The group plays a characteristic style of grunge-influenced garage rock with lo-fi and riot grrrl leanings. Assembled in 2010, Wild Flag signed with Merge Records, which agreed to release the group's debut album the following year.
