Katarzyna "Kasia" Nosowska is a renowned Polish singer, songwriter, and the lead vocalist of the iconic rock band Hey. Born in Szczecin in 1971, Nosowska has made a name for herself not only through her work with Hey but also as a successful solo artist. Her solo music, which leans more into electronica, contrasts with the guitar-driven sound of Hey. Nosowska has penned most of Hey's lyrics and is known for her introspective and poetic writing. Over her career, she has received numerous accolades, including a record number of Fryderyk awards, especially for Author of the Year and Female Vocalist of the Year. Beyond music, she has contributed as a columnist for Polish magazines and served as the art director for the Męskie Granie concert tour in 2012 and 2013.
