Based in the Romanian city of Craiova, is the football team, CS Universitatea Craiova. The team was originally formed in 1948 and it continued to be a part of the game till 1991. Its current iteration was founded in 2013 and it competes in the Liga I. The team’s history is decorated with multiple Liga I titles, Cupa României and much more. The team continues to be powered by the roster which has been home to stunning players such as Pavel Badea, Vasile Mănăilă and Marian Bâcu. It holds its home games at the Ion Oblemenco Stadium.
