American singer Bennie Amey III, known professionally as Blanco Brown, broke onto the scene with his single "The Git Up," released in April 2019. A massive success, the single charted on multiple Billboard charts such as the Emerging Artists, Hot Country Songs and Hot 100 charts. He followed up the success with the release of other singles like "Just the Way" and "I Need Love." His debut album Honeysuckle & Lightning Bugs, featuring tracks like "HeadNod," "CountryTime," "Gemini (Damn Right)," "Don't Love Her" and more, was issued in October 2019.
