A few years after the Eagles formed in 1971 in Los Angeles, the group arrived at a characteristic soft rock sound that would come to define the band and its successful career in the 1970s and 1980s. The group's brand of sun bleached soft rock, with infectious harmonies and doleful ditties made the Eagles quite famous and though the group broke up in 1980, it got back together in 1994 and ever since the Eagles have been regaling fans with renditions of their well known radio friendly tunes.
