Having trained under the likes of Ronald Farren-Price Boris Berman and Neta Maughan, Andrea Lam is one of the exceptional chamber musicians of her times. A pianist for the Claremont Trio, Lam is also known for her innate musical skills as a soloist. She debuted at the age of 13 with the Sydney Symphony Orchestra and has never looked back since then. She has performed with quite a few prominent orchestras across Australia, New Zealand, The US and Asia. She has been known to team up with talented and well-known conductors like Wing-sie Yip, Alan Gilbert and Edo de Waart for her acclaimed recitals. Misha Amory, Takacs Quartet and the Australian String Quartet are some of her famous collaborations. She has successfully played to enchanted crowds at festivals like the Chamber Music Northwest, Orford Festival and the Great Lakes Chamber Music Festival.
