Pierre Delamotte (Pierre-Paul), Blaise Ligouzat and Miguel Lopes are three friends from Bailly in Yvelines who are collectively known as 47 Ter. The trio's name is derived from the street address of the village hall where they often met to discuss their music. 47 Ter began posting a series of videos on YouTube in 2017 called "On vient gâcher tes classiques" in which they would layer freestyle rap over popular melodies. In 2018, the group released its first EP Petits Princes, soon followed by their sophomore work in 2019 featuring 11 of the tracks from their YouTube videos. Later that same year, 47 Ter released its first studio album, L’Adresse, combining pop and rap. The group has come a long way since its humble beginnings and continues to produce creative new music that speaks to a young audience.
