Ink follows the iconic Rupert Murdoch from his rebellious days through his glory days to his eye-opening downfall. In 1969, a young Murdoch takes over a then-struggling newspaper and aspires to make it big. He and like-minded Larry Lamb, along with their unconventional army of reporters, revolutionize news and media and pioneer a race for the most ink on paper. Ink opened on Broadway in 2019 under the direction of Rupert Goold and has received positive criticism from the best of critics.
